Shore based Courses

At Seafarer Training we run a selection of short RYA specialist courses which feature collision avoidance, rescue and safety. All of our courses are suitable for the novice boat handler or sailor as well as the more experienced leisure boater professional who requires certain certificates for RYA commercial endorsement or Yachtmaster® qualification. Additional to our range of specialist course we also offer shorebased courses for basic navigation and seamanship theory. For those who have very little experience we recommend the two day Basic Safety & Navigation course. More experienced boat or yacht handlers will benefit more from the Day skipper theory course which is run over two weekends (five days).
